Private practice of Dr. Wilhelm Tenner
I have been a pediatrician in private practice since 1995. My fields of specialization are child and adolescent medicine, child and adolescent psychiatry, neuropediatrics and medical psychotherapy.
My main interests are the psychological, psychosocial, psychosomatic and development-related disorders found in childhood and adolescence.
Typical disorders include hyperkinetic disorders (ADHS), behavioral disorders with anxieties, child depression, bedwetting, puberty crises, but also congenital disorders and neurological illnesses which all require a holistic approach.
I place special emphasis on work with the parents. The parents' concerns and feelings should be taken into account in clarifying what the child needs for further development.
Also partial performance disorders (circumscribed developmental disorders) and the issue of school are problems I have often treated.
Medical treatment as well as psychotherapy is also possible in English.
